i found the parkade suitable for smaller vehicles. street parking was available at no cost when the parkade was full. the hot tub and sauna were particularly enjoyable after skiing. ski equipment storage was available and i found this helpful.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful with all questions. the front desk service seemed great. i found no hassles during check-in so everything went smoothly.

the location was great, with easy parking available. i was also given free bus tickets for use in the city. the restaurant offered nice views from its windows, overlooking a square.
I booked a superior room but got a standard room. a young woman at front desk acted as manager, she was dismissive. the room was dirty and some furniture was damaged.

My room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was always helpful (which I liked a lot) and friendly.
The hotel decor seemed old fashioned. There was no air conditioning in the room. The hallways had very cold air conditioning. I think this arrangement is bizarre.

I found secure parking very convenient, especially traveling with a larger vehicle. the hotel offered complimentary computer and printer access. I used it to manage my park pass. the on-site restaurant had lovely dinners and drinks. The service was prompt. the cozy lobby area provided a comfortable spot to relax after a day outdoors.
the hallways had a very strong air conditioning which contrasted the absence of individual room air conditioning.

the hotel is close to cafes and restaurants. the hotel is a short walk to the main strip on banff avenue, placing it near shopping and many food destinations.

the room included a balcony, a nice feature. i was able to get fresh air and not feel confined (i definitely needed that). the staff were also friendly and helpful .
the hotel did not have air conditioning, which might be a problem in warmer months. the furniture in the room seemed dated and used. the doors were also hard to close properly.

the staff proved very helpful.
the decor felt pretty old fashioned. there was no air conditioning in the room, which i found bizarre. the pool facilities were out of operation, and this was not advised beforehand.

The room had no air conditioning and that was a problem. Requesting a fan became necessary, but the room remained uncomfortably warm during my nights.
